  • Format text with o Using colors, fonts and styles. o Applying bold, italic, underline o Applying Format Painter
  • Cut, copy and paste is an essential skill to help minimize re-typing text
Preparing document Layout
  • Setting up paragraph format and alignment o Using Tab & Indentation
  • Applying bullets and numbering.
  • Using line & paragraph spacing
Finalizing document
  • Check spelling & grammar
  • Find & replace words
  • Using synonym, antonyms & thesaurus
